ABOUT US

Brandon Hughes is an active-duty Air Force commanding officer and has been investing in real estate since 2014 along side his wife, Ashley. They own multiple single-family homes and AirBnB/short-term rentals. In addition, they began passively investing through Limited Partnerships in value-add multifamily properties, self-storage, and RV parks where they have over 700 doors. They quickly became active investors and are General Partners in 170 multifamily doors between Florida and Kansas City and industrial facilities in the Carolinas.

We specialize in partnering with the right management team ensuring everyone’s different strengths create more than the sum of our individual components. This optimizes our management and your returns!

Brandon and Ashley have been married for 10 years and have two daughters. They currently reside in South Carolina.
